Can I book my bed in advance?

Of course. Just drop us a mail at reservations@treehousechile.cl and we will mail you back within 36 hours (probably a lot quicker than that!) to let you know if we have availability and to check we have got your details correct.

Are you near the bus station?

We are just a 5-minute walk from the Tur Bus terminal and a 7-minute walk from the Jac and Pullman Bus terminals, so yes, we are pretty well placed. Click here for directions.

Is The Tree House Hostel the best place to stay in Pucón?

Of course we are biased so our answer is yes, but read through our guest comments and we know you will be convinced!

Where are the bars?

Most of the nightlife is on O´Higgins main street: turn right at the gates and take the first left. There are a couple of clubs outside of town. Ask at reception for details.

Where can I do my washing?

Our sinks are not made for washing clothes. The nearest launderette is on the next block to the right of the hostel or just leave it with us and you will get it back clean and folded within the day.

Where can I change money?

There are many exchange places in Pucón, but you will find the best rate at the Banco Estado, O´Higgins between Calles Fresia and Lincoyan.

Where can I use the Internet?

Easy! We have WiFi here at the hostel, or there are loads of Internet cafés on the main O´Higgins street.

Where can I buy a couple of bottles of beer?

For a good range and great value head to Edipra: turn right at the gates, two blocks on right hand corner of this road with Calle Palguin.

How do I get to the beach?

Turn right at the gates, walk three blocks then turn right onto Calle Ansorena, follow that street for four blocks past the main square and straight onto the volcanic sand!
